A week in New York

First things first, I'd like to apologise for the lack of posts on the blog lately and although I could say I've had no time at all to blog, that would be a lie and honesty is the best policy am I right?! In fact, I've spent most of my free and valuable summer time religiously watching season after season of Gossip Girl and playing the Kim Kardashian game. During my month of not blogging, I spent an amazing 2 weeks in London and a week in New York both sight seeing and exploring the two beautiful cities. This was my 2nd time back into the concrete jungle of New York and within the span of a week, I managed to tick off almost everything (sadly didn't have time to visit Bath and body works) on my mile-long New York bucket list so I thought I'd create a guide of my favourite things that I encountered there. I may be no New Yorker but I hope this guide helps you the next time you visit New York!
fashionista (NY)
SoHo/The MET/Upper East Side
Known as the fashion capital of America or really one of the fashion capitals of the world, there will always be something to do in the city when it comes to fashion. My favourite thing was visiting SoHo. Its distinctive cast-iron buildings and external fire ladders prove to be way more than just a typical shopping area. Housing upscale trendy boutiques like Opening Ceremony to popular high street brands like Brandy Melville, there is a shop for all ages and shoppers.
The majority of the department stores like Barney's, Bloomingdales etc are all in the Upper East side which I briefly visited but what I really liked about it was that it's only a few metres away from Central Park, which is my favourite place in the city. New York really has the best shopping and some of my favourite stores there include Urban Outfitters, Brandy Melville and Anthropologie.
There's always a fashion exhibition at the MET and this summer, it featured Charles James's designs. Personally, I really enjoyed the designs but what I loved the most was how the designs were shown. Next to each gown, a visual screen would project the intricate process of the gown making through a myriad of pictures and diagrams, showing how the glamorous gowns were crafted from start to finish. If you're in NY right now, this exhibition in the MET is definitely a must-see! Head over to the rooftop while you're there to experience the best and most breathtaking views of Central Park. If you're a Gossip Girl fan like me, then you definitely need to take a picture by the MET steps. Call me cheesy, but it was definitely worth it!
cultural (nyc)
New York is blessed with a diversity of museums  and above are my favourite museums and sites that I went to. The Jeff Koons exhibition at the Whitney Museum is one of the most colourful and interesting exhibitions I've been to and I definitely recommend it for anyone going to New York. If you had to pick one museum to visit, MoMa is the one you should go to. Be prepared to bring tissues if you go to the 911 museum. It is one of the most moving museums filled with gory images of the tragic 9/11 attacks.

foodie (NYC)
Before coming to New York, the food was probably the thing I was most excited for. If you know me or seen my instagram, you'll know that I'm a massive foodie and hungry every hour of the day. Feed me any day and we'll become friends instantly. So it comes to no surprise that I ate pretty well this trip and above are my favourite eats from the trip.
The fact that I still want more after digesting 2 burgers, 1 vanilla milkshake and some cheese fries later proves that Shake Shack has the best burgers in town. Although many people think it's overrated, I personally think Shake Shack is the best burger joint in the city. 5 Guys also has yummy burgers at very affordable prices for those of you who don't like Shake Shack. I read about Pure food and wine from a few different blogs so it was only natural that I had to see what the hype was about. I was worried that the food would be too raw for my taste as I read all the foreign food ingredients on the menu, but the food was honestly so amazing and knowing that what you're eating is completely raw and vegan is an extra bonus. If you're there, you should definitely try the lasagna pictured above. For more healthy food, Whole Foods Market is without a doubt the best place to go to. Walking into Whole Foods is like every health-obsessed person's heaven. For a variety of food, Chelsea Market is the place to go. There is honestly so much selection to chose from it can make you dizzy. After taking a long look at all the different stalls and restaurants, I finally ended up eating the lobster which I really recommend.
If you're on a tight budget, I wouldn't recommend Nobu as it's pretty pricey but it was Restaurant Week when I was there so the prices were super affordable. Koi was also another sushi place that I really loved. Their spin of Californian style rolls and traditional Japanese sushi make the restaurant really unique.
Last but not least, when you're in SoHo be sure to queue at Dominique Ansel Bakery. After a 45 minute queue just to get inside, you're surrounded by every type of sweet dessert on display. Truth be told, it was really frustrating narrowing down what to order because there was so many sweet choices. You must try the cronut while you're there since they were created by the baker himself! (there's even a separate line just for the cronuts!)

explorer (NYC)
There are endless amounts of places to explore over New York and I pretty much went to all the touristy places so if you have any recommendations, I would love to read about them in the comments! Central park is without a doubt my favourite place to go to in New York. Take a 30 minute scroll and you'll be surrounded with lush greenery, tons of skilled buskers and lots of gorgeous architecture. Central park definitely has a very likeable atmosphere that no other park can compare to. What I love about it the most is that it provides an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Another park worth exploring is definitely Washington Square park. I went there after a tour of NYU and explored Union Square which is just a few minutes walk away. From chess players to more buskers, Union Square is constantly buzzing as well. For awesome views of the city, I went to The Top of the Rock where if you look closely you can see Lady Liberty herself. The High Line was my second favourite place to explore. Originally a railroad, it's now been converted into a one-mile walkway and again has a very buzzy vibe. The popsicles are a definite must-try if you're walking on a really hot day like I did!New York is constantly buzzing, and it definitely is the city that never sleeps.

Spring Favourites

Spring Favourites

All items linked here.

I think I have already made myself clear on the fact that I adore spring. It is the most perfect season of the year. One of things I cherish most when it comes to spring is the undeniably gorgeous spring fashion. Every year we are bombarded with interesting, we'll-probably-regret-this-in-fall trends, for example the  sartorial return of the Birkenstock. However, the heavens did bless us with some lavish fashions for the lavish season. Kimonos, camis and cropped knits are definitely some of my favourites. Pair any of the above with a pair of boyfriend jeans, sneakers and pastel accessories and consider me, your number one style fan. And the best way to tie all of these stunning garments together, is with a  eye-catching, statement making necklace.

You might be thinking, "What?! Sneakers, boyfriend jeans and loose flowing kimonos, I'll look like a boy!", but fret not. The most beautiful thing about all of these masculine, baggy pieces, is that the colour palette for spring is ultra feminine. Baby blue, blush, pastel green and lilac are everywhere, transforming the somewhat androgynous look into a springtime fairy.

Hope you enjoyed this short post, have a great Easter holiday!

CNY GUIDE: Oriental red

CNY GUIDE
Chinese New Year plays a huge role of significance in both Singapore and all across Asia. So being half Chinese, it is a major celebration for me. Chinese New Year isn't only about receiving red packets of money (I'm not complaining), but toasting and celebrating to a prosperous new year through eating excessive amounts of delicious food and dressing up for the occasion. Red and gold are traditional colours to wear in this festival, so dressing in these colours are very important. Above, I have compiled an oriental staple of accessories and make up to fuel your inspiration on what to accessorise your outfits   with for those who celebrate CNY. Be it a Kenzo 'eye'-phone case, or a pair of gorgeous red pumps, there is always a way to dress stylishly and brighten your outfit with the right accessories and make up.

winter grey essentials

winter greys: pinboard
items linked here
As winter is beckoning for most of us (unfortunately though not here in Singapore), there is a new season to dress for. I spend a vast majority of my christmases in snow so winter clothing for me essentially consists of anything warm, snuggly, and extremely comfortable. This basically equates to sweatpants, Uggs and wooly beanies. I'm not a huge believer on dressing for style during winter-comfort is my number one priority. I believe that bold colours naturally aren't a good colour to dress for during this season, as they are obnoxious and can come across as too bold for this season. More subdued colour palettes like black and grey are always a softer and more tone-downed option. Above, I have compiled a few essentials that everyone during this winter needs: uggs, sweatpants, a wooly beanie and scarf, and some warm and oversized shirts.
What are your favourite colours to dress with during winter?

Tickled Pink

Untitled #118

This years fall and winter collections have been drenched with my favourite colour, pink. From dusty roses to blushed hues, on everything from wooly coats to fur stoles to slip dresses, pink has taken over the runways. Spotted at Topshop Unique, Carven, Moschino and many more shows, designers have taken this colour usually reserved to spring and summer and translated it swiftly into the fall/winter wardrobes that we will soon exhibit. Because the past seasons were ruled by the monochrome look, colours are all the rage this fall/winter. Paired with greys and blacks, a pop of pink can add a feminine twist to what would be a bland winter outfit. Pastel pink outerwear is making a big statement. Its the easiest way to wear the trend, just throw it over any outfit and you're good to go!

my favourite fashion reads

my favourite fashion reads

 1. Grace: A memoir by Grace Coddington:
I first got to know about Grace properly after watching The September Issue, a movie documenting the hectic life for VOGUE workers in the September Issue. I had known that she played an important role in this fashion industry, but didn't realise what a huge impact she had up until then. One of my muses that I look up to right now will definitely be Grace. She manages to creates this fantasy world behind her wonderfully magical and breathtaking images, which is a rare gem to now find. I have to admit that I've never been a huge fan of reading memoirs, but this book is definitely an exception. I would definitely recommend this book for people who want to work in the fashion industry, or want an insider into one of fashion's biggest icons.
2. Front Row: Anna Wintour by Jerry Oppenheimer:
Anna Wintour is without a doubt the most influential style icon that has rocketed the fashion world. Earning the distinguished and highly repspectable title as VOGUE's editor in chief, she plays an immensely important role in the industry and literally has control over this 200 billion-dollar industry at the palm of her hand through her decisions. "If fashion was a church, she would be the high pope." But of course, she never started off  with this power. This profile on Anna chronicles her hard struggles and her hungry determination of working her way up towards becoming the editor in chief of VOGUE. Front Row reveals Anna's cold and autocratic demeanour, which has also given her a reputation as "Nuclear Wintour". I highly respect Anna despite her stony reputation, and will always see her as fashion's most important figure.
 3. Rookie/Yearbook One by Tavi Gevinson:
This is not your average, stereotypical teenage girl guidebook, although the name makes your believe it.A fashion/teenage girl bible is more of a better description. From "how to" tips, to glossy fashion spreads and very relatable articles, this book covers almost everything a girl would want to read about. The book was compiled together by a bunch of teenage girls, and is unbiasedly honest.
4. The devil wears Prada by Lauren Weisberger:
Being one of my favourite movies and books, this book is an all-time fashion classic. It is hilarious and witty, and I would definitely recommend this to fashion fanatics.

The September Issue.

The much-anticipated September Issues are finally out in stores, much to our delight and excitement. A while back, I watched a really interesting fashion movie documenting an exclusive insight and behind-the-scenes into the hectic life of a fashion employee working for American Vogue. Many of you will recognise this movie as "The September Issue". Amidst all the very interesting quotes in the documentary, one of the quotes stood out for me.
Although this quote is very simple, it proves to be insanely accurate. In January, new resolutions and trends are made to achieve, and  September is similar in that way. In September, fashion magazines aim to release their biggest issue yet (think: the size of a telephone book) and release the hottest trends for this upcoming fall/winter. And although this doesn't apply to me, September is back-to-school for most students, becoming a month of new beginnings and fresh starts.
America's biggest it-girls (and guys) like Blake Lively, Kate Upton, One Direction and more grace some of my favourite September covers this month. Although I love reading most of the September Issues, US VOGUE is definitely and will always be the highlight for me (This years issue boasts an impressive 902 pages)!

Summer Shoes

summer shoes
Shoes in the summer are always the best. As oppose to bulky winter boots, summer shoes are always so bright, adventurous, and fun. Here are some of my favourites:

1. Charlotte Olympia Libra Flats are perfect for when you want to make a statement, and let everyone know what star sign you are. Obviously since we aren't all a Libra, Charlotte Olympia kindly made different flats for every star sign!

2. This years It shoe has definitely got to be the Valentino Rockstud Pump. The bright pop of pink add a feminine twist to the edgy studded pumps.

3. The Kate Spade Licorice Patent Heel is the best way to add neon to any boring summer outfit. The classic silhouette of the shoe, mixed with the fluorescent hue is the best way to incorporate the neon trend into your summer wardrobe.

4. Isabel Marant Elvis Sandals are a interesting and eye catching pair of sandals. The chunky heel, studs, and bohemian feel make them the quintessential summer sandal.

5. For those who don't want to show off their toes during the summer, these Isabel Marant sneakers are perfect. When you want to go for a casual vibe these sneakers are a great way to add height, and comfort.

6. Tory Burch Emmy Sandals are great for when you're going to the beach, because unlike Katy Perry, we do mind sand in our stilettos! They are the typical summer shoe, and a great alternative to your old Havaianas.

7. Nude high heeled sandals like these BCBG ones are an essential in summer. Whether you are shopping with friends, or going for a formal dinner, heeled sandals will always be of use. Plus, they are so pretty!

8. A post on summer shoes isn't complete without the Jimmy Choo Lance Sandals. These sandals are the ultimate summer shoes. The colour, the style, the designer. These shoes are just fabulous.

Overalls

overalls

{Items linked here}
Summer is the time when new trends are experimented with. This summer, overalls are proving to be a very popular trend amongst everyone ( I have literally seen everyone wear them in London!). Fashion from the 90s like crop tops and overalls are dominating the shops and you could find these clothes in almost every high street brand. There are a myriad of ways to style overalls and so many to chose from. Floral, polka-dot, and stripes are amid many of the different styles, but denim overalls are definitely my favourite. Not only are they versatile and easy to style with, they are also extremely comfortable and stylish if you know how to style them. If you do own a pair of overalls, my number #1 tip would be to wear a contrasting shirt underneath to enhance an eye-catching effect. Overalls also give off a very relaxed and androgynous mood, and is perfect for summer weather. I have recently purchased one for myself and cannot wait to start wearing it!
Untitled #106
Above, are my favourite street style pictures of ladies adorning the denim dungaree trend. As you can see, they have each styled the trend in an equally unique and trendy fashion. These pictures just prove that there are an endless amount of ways to wear this trend. The first two looks are fairly subdued in light hues of denim, compared to the other two looks which are bolder and more dressed up.

Summer Essentials

All items linked here.
As the weather gets hotter, skin gets tanner, and school days gets shorter, summer is finally arriving. After a tedious winter the warm breeze in the atmosphere and a shining sun is utterly refreshing. Every year this glorified season rolls up unexpectedly, and we are left with nothing to wear. So here is a list of my personal essentials, to stay prepared for this summer.

1. Cami Top - Recently the cami has been a staple feature in every high street. Layered under a loose knit on a cool summers evening or paired with high waisted shorts, cami tops are a must-have for everyone this season.

2. The Perfect Sunnies - Sunglasses are a must in summer time, while the sun blazes down onto our defenceless eyes. I was recently gifted my dream sunnies, the Clubmaster's by Ray Ban. For a more in depth look into this seasons hottest shades check out this post!

3. Statement Skirts/ Shorts - A statement bottom can make and outfit come to life. Monochrome and stripes have been huge trends this year, combined into one they make the perfect bold piece to dress up or down.

4. Sandals - I cannot stress how important sandals are in the summer months. They are the quintessential shoe for summer. Be it heeled, flat, gladiator, or minimalistic, sandals are great for giving a look just the right amount of charm.

5. Bold Accessories - A neon necklace or a crazy pair of earrings are the best way to put together a simple t-shirt-and-jeans combo that we all have undoubtably worn during summer.

6. Summer Fragrance - In this day and age looking good doesn't cut it, you have to smell good too. So grab a light and flirty scent that fits perfectly to your summer wardrobe.

7. Bright Nails - Bright nails have forever been a summer staple. Every year I stock up on a bold red or an eye-catching neon to spruce up a boring look.

8. The Cross-Body - A cross-body hand bag is ideal for everyday wear. From the theme park to a candle lit dinner, small bags are totally the new black.

The Sweatshirt

Sweatshirts? Yes, sweatshirts. Once a garment only to be used on a cold winters evening curled up by the fireplace, sweatshirts have been totally reinvented. The look above showcases a look ideal for running errands, meeting friends, and of course, brunch. Who doesn't love to look ultra chic while feeling warm and cosy? Carry on the loose-fit silhouette into some destroyed boyfriend jeans or go for the skort option. Add glamour to the simplistic and casual look by pairing it with some cobalt blue sandals, to accentuate the blue in the embroidery on the sweatshirt, and a shiny chain necklace. Although this look might seem slightly done, or perhaps it is the skort that everyone and their mother have been wearing this season, it really is the epitome of sweatshirts in 2013. Sweatshirts have been totally transformed from a slouchy thing you throw on while you hang around the house to a must have street style item that a girl couldn't live without.

What are your thoughts on sweatshirts? Would you splurge on a designer piece of lounge wear or stick to the high street?

Whenever I'm feeling slightly under the weather and have to spend my days in bed sipping on green tea, I tend to lust over the variety of pretty things on Net-a-Porter or Shopbop. Here are my current picks.

1. Ray Bans Clubmaster Sunglasses.  I have been craving these sunnies since last summer and I just cant seem to get enough of them. Its the slightly vintage look the half frame gives and just the fact that they look surprisingly good on me, surprising because I can never seem to find glasses that don't make my face look the size of a pea. I want need these now.

2. J Brand Aiden Boyfriend Jeans. Boyfriend jeans may be the most manrepelling clothing item ever made, but they are so chic. These ones from J Brand are cropped, distressed and light wash, which makes them the quintessential summer denim.

3. Jimmy Choo Biel Wedges.  What is it that makes these shoes so gorgeous? Is it the stark white colour? Is it the unexpected yet so practical wedge? Or just the refined simplicity the shoes carries? Whatever it is, I long the day these are in my closet.

4. Lulu Frost Crystal Necklace. This stunning piece is the ultimate representation of a crystal necklace. The intricate details and the exaggerated crystals are just so me.

5. Rebecca Minkoff Mac. Ah, the Rebecca Minkoff Morning After Clutch. The bag that every youtuber/ blogger has been coveting since it's release. Its practical, its pretty, and its pink. What more could a girl want?

Styling crop tops

Spring is finally starting to show its true colours, after snows in March and below freezing weather entering April. Crop tops are the epitome of careless, warm weather fashion. Whether you should find yourself relaxing in the Hampton's or venturing into a beautiful European city this Spring break, a crop top can be your best friend.  Crop tops can often be perceived as tacky, disrespectful, and even "slutty", but only because many don't know how to style these versatile tops so below are a few tips on how to compliment your outfits.
crop top 2
Crop tops are famous for being the ideal, carefree clothing item for the beach. This first look showcases the fun and young side of a crop top. Frolicking around a tropical island on a beach paved with white sand in a crop top and denim cut offs is the embodiment of a teenage Spring break. Paired with a beaded clutch and thong sandals, you have a paradisiacal crop top outfit.

crop tops 1Crop tops can often be perceived as risqué, due to the revealed midriff, however the outfit above shows that crop tops can be elegant and sophisticated. If you aren't very comfortable showing too much skin, a high waisted skirt can come to your rescue. White and yellow, a combination seen at Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer '13, is a surprisingly dynamic union of colours. There is a certain air of class in this outfit, that is often not associated to crop tops, but is exactly what makes this outfit perfect for a stop by at a Parisian café during the Spring months.
These are only a few examples and there are endless of ways on styling crop tops, as long as you do it right and make sure you don't look too uncomfortable or tacky by taking into account what you are dressing for.

Golden Globes 2013

golden globes
And its that time of the year again...the much anticipated golden globe awards, one of my favourite award events (excluding the Grammys, of course). Les Miserables took up many awards, with Anne Hathaway scoring supporting actress and the movie getting best picture/movie/musical. Homeland also won a numerous amount of awards-from best drama series, to best actress and actor. While the stars strutted down the red carpet in their shining armor of dresses, I had the vicarious pleasure of analyzing all of the different gowns while eating a Tub of Ice Cream. While analyzing these gorgeous gowns, I couldn't help but notice that most of the gowns were emblazoned with opulent soft shades of cream white and red. All three actresses absolutely stunning in their strapless red gowns. And did I mention the dazzling yet ridiculously overpriced 5.8 million dollar Harry Winston necklace Jessica Alba is wearing?!  Zoeey Deschanel definitely had the best outfit though, matching her v-shaped strapless A-Line dress with a beautiful string of pearls.

Jennifer Lawrence | Dior | Zoeey Deschanel | Oscar De La Renta | Jessica Alba | Oscar De La Renta |
The second reoccurring theme on the red carper was white gowns with a twist. The "Les Miserables" scarlet is shining in her Chanel couture ensemble, her new pixie cut framing her glowing face. With her slightly flared, peplum top and mermaid-like skirt, what could go wrong with Hathaway's gown? Amanda Seyfried wore a lacy, pale pink Givenchy gown, which was a bit of a disappointment. I thought her feminine and girly dress was gorgeous but she could have styled her hair in a different way and added some solid statement accesorries to dazzle up her outfit a little.
Amongst all of the glitz, glamour, and awards, there was definitely one person who outshone all of the stars in this special night. Jennifer Lopez looked absolutely flawless in the beautifully intricate Zuhair Murad gown. Although she didn't win any awards, she was definitely the talk all over town, captivating everyone with her ravishing gown. Her cascading dress accentuates her amazing figure making her look so fresh-eyed. Jennifer paired her gown with a simple but elegant pair of crystal snow-white earrings, giving off a perfect balance of accessories, not overdoing it and making her outfit look tacky.

The weather has been crazy here in Norway, with lows of -17 degrees Celsius. My days have overwhelmed by all the stress of exams. Fortunately I have one last exam before the long over due Christmas holidays! I felt I really needed to update the blog so I decided to come up with a small wish list of my favourite picks from Motel Rocks, Topshop and Black Milk Clothing. This particular wish list, unanticipatedly, ended up having a dark colour palette, which I think is perfect for winter.

1. Geek Sweatshirt from Topshop. The first item on my wish list is, surprisingly, a sweatshirt. This sweatshirt from Topshop is just a essential, casual piece for winter. If you ever need something cosy to relax in, this is the thing.

2. Galaxy Leggings from Black Milk Clothing. This piece has been everywhere this year. 75 dollars for a pair of leggings may seen insanely over priced, and it is, but these are just so gorgeous. The galaxy print is the exact mix of purple, pink and blue hues.

3. Studded Acid Wash Denim Shirt from Topshop. A denim shirt is a staple, almost crucial piece in every man and woman's wardrobe. It can be worn in a tremendous amount of different ways. This particular wash and silhouette adds rough, grunge look while still delivering a feminine edge.

4. Motel Petrolena Strapless Dress. This dress is breath taking. It is so simple, yet brings such a great impact. The dress is a versatile, and brings a romantic however dark vibe.

5. Zatchels Black Leather Satchel. The final item on my wish list is a satchel. A plain, black satchel would be perfect to start this new year off with! Practical and dainty, it would be marvellous choice for dressing up a dreary school day.

Thats it for my little wish list, what do you think? What is your biggest Christmas wish? Hope you enjoyed reading and have a great day/afternoon/night!

Backless.

Hi everyone, hope you're all having a great day! Lately I have been a little bit obsessed with backless dress. Obviously with the weather the way it is I can't wear backless dresses myself, but if you live in a warmer place I definitely would wear something backless this spring! I personally would like to wear a more girly, pink springy style with neutral pink makeup and my hair curled and down, letting the dress be the focal point. If that doesn't float yo' boat I have a few other styles perfect for all different events!

Spring has Sprung.
spring

This first outfit is probably my favourite. I loved the nudes and pinks with the soft, minty green. This dress is the perfect backless dress for spring in my opinion, it has the lace, the A-line cut and of course the beautiful v-shaped back. The nude scallop trimmed flats look very simple while still adding the effect of mile long legs. I kept the accessories very, very simple with just one gold+pearl ring that is very reminiscent to the flower of the Daisy Eau De Toilette by Marc Jacobs. Daisy is probably one of my all-time favourite perfumes just because it smells so fresh, young and springy. I decided to let soft pinks finish this look with Essie's nail polish in Sugar Daddy and the Revlon Lip Butter in Cotton Candy for the natural pink flush to lips and a nice light pinky-ness to complete the look.

Bad Boy.
bad boy

I made this set for the more adventurous Bad Girls. I kept this look very simple by pairing the black, sequinned backless dress with a pair of high top converse to rock the look up a little bit. To make this outfit pop I decided to add a colourful cuff and to make yo' face pop slap on some awesome They're Real mascara by Benefit to finish off this look.

Beach Love.

love
This look is perfect if you want to escape to a beach paradise this spring break (which, for me, is in 40 days!). I think this dress is one for all the adventurous gals out there. The stacked bracelets look cool and colourful while the big and beautiful tote brings out the yellow in both the dress and bracelets. To keep the outfit from looking like a crazy person, I kept the sandals toned down and brown. (see what I did there, it rhymes!)

Hope you all enjoyed this post, which set is your favourite? Do you like backless dresses or are they too risqué for you? Tell me what you think in the comments! P.S HAPPY LEAP YEAR DAY!
