Dress - Motel Rocks, Shoes - See by Chloe
Birds are singing, flowers are springing and I am happy. This morning while sitting in my dull classroom, my lovely teacher reminded the class of a daunting and exciting fact that brightened up the whole room: There are three months left of high school. How crazy is that?! The past years in Norway have gone by as fast as lightning and I can't believe I'll be starting at college/upper secondary school next year. Although I love my class and school, the idea of a fresh new start is extremely tempting. Even more enticing than that, the idea that in a few months summer will finally begin. Summer holidays I mean, the summer weather seems to be just around the corner. After weeks of depressing and rainy weather, the sun started peaking out of the shade this morning. Before lunch, the skies turned clear blue and the sun was shining its beloved rays down onto Kolbotn.
The motel dress I'm wearing above is the dress that I wore for my Prom after party! My prom was on the 13th of February and it was amazing. An absolutely magical winter wonderland filled with memories that I will never forget. We danced all night, even though the music wasn't exactly to my taste everyone had a blast. I wore a beautiful turquoise blue ball gown which I adore! Its probably the most beloved piece of clothing in my wardrobe. This dress however was the cocktail dress that I wore afterwards. Since the dress is so eye-catching, I paired it with a pair of simple yet unique pointed toed heels.
Hope you guys enjoyed this post, and I wish you all a great week ahead! If you want to see a prom themed post, let me know below!
